shipping is FREE for orders over £75.00. And we DO ship all over
the world
What's the shipping charge for under £75.00?
For all orders under
£75.00 a packing and delivery charge of £3.65 for your entire
order will be added at the checkout. This applies both in the UK and
abroad.
How will my items be sent?
In the UK all items will be sent either via recorded delivery, if if
the order is under £26 we will send via royal mail's normal delivery
service but will obtain proof of postage. Either way if your item goes
missing we WILL replace it.
If we're sending outside the UK a courier will be used for heavier items.
Otherwise we will use parcelforce or royal mail and for orders over
£30 will send items via recorded delivery. If an item is returned
to us by the Royal Mail as unclaimed we will contact you to arrange
for the item to be redelivered. Please note that there will be an extra
charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item to you.
How long will my order take to process?
We endeavour to get orders out as soon as possible. Items that are in
stock will be despatched within 2-3 working days of your purchase. For
items not in stock we'll inform you immediately with an estimated delivery
date and if there's likely to be any significant delay.
What
about customs fees?
Please note that customs duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders may
be payable. These are not the responsibility of Nude magazine and are
payable by the customer.

I'm not happy with an item I bought. Can
I have a refund? Or I've ordered clothing that doesn't fit. Can I exchange
it?
Of course we hope that you're happy with your order, but if you aren't
please let us know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please
email us at info@nudemagazine.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your
items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs).
Please do not send us the item back without contacting us first.Returned
Merchandise must be in the same condition that it was sent out to you
with ALL LABELS AND PACKAGING STILL IN PLACE. We cannot make refunds
or exchanges for goods that have been damaged or marked by make-up,
deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or that have been damaged
by you after receipt. We will not be able to refund or exchange returned
items which are soiled or incomplete.
We recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method
such as the Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. This way you will
be able to check when your returned items have been received by us.
Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt
of the returned items.
How do I place an order?
Simple! When you have decided what you would like to purchase, if applicable
select a size from the drop down menu and click 'add to basket'. You
will be directed to your shopping basket page where you can either choose
to pay now or continue shopping.
You can view your basket at any time by clicking on the view cart or
checkout buttons.
How secure is my payment?
All
online payments are processed through Paypal, which means that we don't
even see your bank details or any other such sensitive and confidential
information.
Do
I need a paypal account to pay for an item on your site?
Not at all-although it's apaypal shopping cart you can pay throug hit
with any credit card. When you get to the payment screen click on the
button labelled 'if you do not have a Paypal account click here' and
you will be given the option to pay without needing a Paypal account.
Do
you accept cheques?
Absolutely! If you would prefer to pay this way please email us with
the exact names of the items you would like to order and we will send
you payee details - Please note that if you pay this way, goods will
not be despatched until the payment has cleared into our account.
