Popshot is a bi-annual, British-based art publication that champions contemporary poetry and illustration and which seeks 'to celebrate the poetry of today and tomorrow with the whimsical arms of illustration wrapped tightly around it.

Each issue contains a collection of poems written to a theme – in this instance, childhood. These selected poems are individually sent out to a number of artists who then illustrate the poems according to their interpretation of them. The result is a unique and beautiful publication which brings together the realms of words and pictures.
